I inserted a 5 mm diameter tube into the uretha and entered the bladder. Once it reached the bladder I left the excess tubing left in my penis shaft and has been left inserted for the last few months I can feel the tubing at the base of the shaft if I wanted it removed but to piss I have to wear a pair of pads as it drips out as the urethral muscles are held open and it drips out as the fluid builds up in the bladder. Nothing holds it in unless removing the tube which at the moment is feeling fine. Around home I won’t wear anything as it’s easier to allow it to drip out instead of filling the pads.
